A Heart

People these days have lost their hearts, they've forgotten what it is to be a good person. Their morals are gone, disappeared in a red haze that fills the world. People are caught up with tangible items and not intangible values. The things I see people do are just blinding.
The earliest people mentioned in the bible lived for more than hundreds of years! It's because back then the world wasn't as full of sin as it is now. What I am trying to say is that back then people were depicted a bit differently then now. (Whether your religious or not, you get what I am saying)
I overheard a conversation of a guy talking about how he stole cars from a parking lot at Six Flags, he mentioned how families had bags full of their clothes and items because they were out on vacation. How can he do that!? Doesn't this person feel the pain the family will feel when they see that their car is gone along with all their possessions. Well he doesn't feel anything, because he doesn't have a heart, it is there, but it's covered in the red haze that many people's hearts are covered in.
It's time these cruel people feel the pain that they inject into so many other innocent hearts. This applies to many people around the globe. It's simply not fair that these people walk the earth without any punishment...well some do get it, but not all.
Is it that everyone is infected with this red haze that blinds us, making us not see the way we truly are? I know we are not perfect, but do we have to be so cruel and evil? This red haze inside of us will only get darker, deeper until it covers the world and then nobody will be able to see the light, no one.
I can't imagine how it must feel to be one of these overly infected people, that disease which was with them since they were born. I wouldn't be happy, yet these people fit right in, they look like just like everyone else.~
